    Contributor Mark Arvid White has been a resident of Alaska since the early 1960s. He lives and works in Palmer, Alaska, and is engaged in further education through the University of Alaska school system. He is the former Alaska Regional Coordinator for the Haiku Society of America, has had articles, stories, reviews, poetry, artwork, and photographs appear in numerous publications in the U.S. and abroad.

Unless specified by purchaser, all photographs are unsigned. These photos are not enhanced digitally, adjusted in photoshop, etc., apart from minor corrections through spot-toning, cropping, dodging, burning, etc. Quality paper is used for all prints, and frames and mounting materials are selected for aesthetic value, dependability, and ease of application and use.
